The Seven Dials is a small batch cold-distilled gin created by the London Gin Club using the seven botanical flavours of juniper, coriander, angelica, marshmallow root, clementine peel, cardamom and almond. The implementation of cold-distillation through a rotary evaporation still prevents the botanicals from becoming ‘cooked’ and helps retain freshness and vitality.

It is a London dry gin named after the famous crossroads in the St Giles parish of London and truly is like taking a smooth sip of eighteenth century London, it is big and bold, ripe with juniper, pungent herbs and citrus zest.  It's taste takes you straight back to the 1700s and it boasts all the characteristics of a classic London Dry gin but with a lift from the herbs and spices that give it real impact. A stand out premium gin. This is true Dickensian fare!

Seven Dials sits between St Giles and Soho. The area was urbanised in the late 1600s where seven streets were laid out to meet a central pillar thereby forming a seven pointed star. During the 1700s the area became home to dozens of gin shops.

The London Gin Club was set up in March 2012 by dedicated Gin drinkers so fellow gin-o-philes could come and enjoy exceptional gins in a relaxed soho bar.

The Star, home of The London Gin Club, is family run (one of the oldest family businesses in Soho) and was first established in 1933 and retains much of its original charm. The Star at Night came into being 11 or so years ago when the family decided to open in the evening as a Soho bar. It began as a cocktail bar and as time went on the focus turned to gin… and so the Gin Club was born.

Over 350 of the best premium and super premium gins available including micro-distilleries and small batch producers from around the world are available. However they are now very proud and very happy to announce the arrival of their very own gin, 7 Dials.

After many hours and many nights blending different botanicals, the result is a very nice, juniper led dry but creamy smooth gin. Small batch, English handcrafted gin.

7 Dials was the home of gin in the 1700’s, the area depicted in Hogarth’s Gin Lane and in an anonymous etching showing the Funeral procession of Madam Geneva in 1736 following the gin act… The 7 dials point to a pillar, forming a star and coincidentally this gin has 7 botanicals…
