Copperhead Gin is a Belgian expression, named after an alchemist who was searching for the elixir of life. It is made with a selection of five botanicals - Juniper, Cardamom, Orange peel, Angelica and Coriander. The nose shows a lot of coriander and the juniper is clear with a touch ofcardamom to finish. The palate begins where the nose leaves off and cardamom is at the forefront with some sweet orange peel coming through to help give this gin its distinctive length.

Copperhead Gin was created by Yvan Vindevogel, a famous Belgian pharmacist who was very interested in the healing aspects of gin. The name Copperhead not only highlights the copper alembic used for its production but also the Agkistrodon contortrix snake (AKA Copperhead) which is the pharmacies symbol of health. This symbol is featured on the label also.

Mr. Copperhead was a notorious alchemist, in search of the elixir of life. During his pursuit, and much to his own surprise, he conjured up an exquisite composition, using a copper pot still and a recipe based on five essential botanicals: angelica, juniper, cardamon, orange peel and coriander seed.
