Dom Perignon Rose is made from the purest fruit: the rarest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay which is why Dom Pérignon Rosé is always produced in very limited numbers. Initial floral and perfumed notes blossom rapidly, leading to aromas of orange peel and dried fruits which bring to mind the scent of ripe harvests and woody spices. In the mouth, the wine reveals a fullness of texture. Dom Perignon Rose is considered the jewel of Dom Perignon: luminous, complex and bold, it is the most daring and intriguing expression of the Dom Perignon style and remains a rare commodity due to the small quantities available from each vintage year. This rarity dictates the very essence of luxury.
Dom Perignon was the 17th century Benedictine monk who has gone down in history as the person who invented champagne. His name was originally registered by Eugene Mercier. He sold the brand name to Moet & Chandon, which used it as the name for its prestige cuvee, which was first released in 1937. Dom Perignon is enjoyed from Royal tables to Michelin Star restaurants and trendy Bars, and is sometimes the only champagne that will do for special occasions. The luminous bottles by Dom Perignon is probably the most stand out and recognisable bottle ever created by a champagne house, and in turn has taken the nightclub scene by storm. A highly sought after product with an incredibly limited stock quantity on the market - a true modern day gem.
