If you’re planning a party whether it’s at home or in a marquee, glassware is always a problem. At Saxtys Wines, we believe you don’t need to compromise on glass quality by using plastic or throwaway glasses, which is why we offer a full glass hire service, free of charge. We can loan you a full range of glassware which will be provided clean and polished in glass jacks, which are easily stackable.

Our range of glassware includes: Champagne flutes, Wine glasses (two sizes), High-ball tumblers, Stackable granites and Pint glasses, so all of your requirements are covered. All of the glasses we use are of the highest standard and our wine and champagne glasses are from the high quality Imperial range. So when you use our glassware, you know it will look great on your tables!

ARRANGING GLASS HIRE
The last thing you need when organising your event is for your glasses to arrive dirty hours before the arrival of your guests. One of the most common problems that we find when hiring glassware is glasses being returned to us dirty when they have been agreed to be cleaned. Most parties or events don’t have the facility to clean and polish the glasses they hire, and if the wine was flowing the night before, most won’t want to!! So why not leave it to our staff to clean and hand-polish them to our high standards. Here at Saxtys Wines, we believe that clean and highly polished glassware can add that extra sparkle to the table, therefore, to ensure that our glasses reach you glistening we charge a 15p + vat cleaning cost per glass.
To cover the cost of glasses and storage crates, we do ask for a £100 blanket deposit payable in advance of the hire. If any breakages* or damage to the storage crates occur during the hire, the charge will be taken from this deposit.
Glass Hire is based on a 72 hour hire period, if glasses are required for a longer period of time, we can arrange this at an extra cost.
