A fully biodynamic wine which is matured on lees for several months in traditional foudres. Gold in colour with a nose of citrus aromas, typical of the Riesling variety, as well as notes of spices and pineapple. The palate has nice acidity with salty notes on the finish – very aromatic.

A pure and minerally wine with dense body and bright acidity. It also shows a gun powder and flint character. Long and powerful. Property owned by Michel Chapoutier. Drink. - James Suckling - 94pts
