Our speciality at Saxtys Wines is helping to provide you with all you require for weddings and parties. We have already, through our sister company, NSA, provided wine, champagne and full bars at dozens of weddings during the last 20 years. We pride ourselves on presentation, providing good affordable wine and champagnes and dealing with any specific requests that the organiser may have. We will try to source any particular rare or fine wines or vintages that you require.
We can cater to your exact needs, whether it is just champagne or sparkling wine for a toast that you need, wine for the tables or a fully stocked bar, we can create a package to suit. Helping you choose the right wines and champagnes for your big day, without any of the stress. We are also able to offer packages for a whole range of budgets, so you don’t need to compromise on quality or quantity whatever your budget!
Champagne wise, if what you require is just for a toast and you intend to give one glass per person then we suggest you budget 6 glasses per bottle. If you intend to provide Champagne throughout the reception then consumption will greatly depend on the age of your guests. Although loosely a guide would be two glasses per person this can vary enormously and many “youngsters” are determined to drink a whole bottle each so if your budget and generosity goes this far then order accordingly. If you are really unsure how many to cater for, our team have been to enough weddings and parties to be able to guide you towards the amounts you will need!
To add that special touch to your day, why not use a larger champagne bottle for the toast – we can provide a Magnum, Jeroboam or even a Nebuchadnezzar (15 l) that will definitely keep your guests talking long after the party is over!
We also offer a GLASS HIRE service, and can even provide CHILLER BINS AND ICE to cool down your wine, champagne and any other drinks you may have! If your wedding is on a larger scale and you need to chill a large quantity of drinks, then we can provide you with a refrigeration unit, just put a note in your enquiry to get a quote for this.
